PALATKA MUNCIPAL AIRPORT

Sealed bids for the Palatka, Florida Municip-

al Airport Runway & Taxilane Improvements

project will be received at City of Palatka

Commission Chambers, City Hall, 201 N.

Second St., Palatka, FL 32177, until 2:15

pm, local time, Thursday, June 29, 2017 and

there, at said office, at said time, publicly

opened and read aloud. Bids CLEARLY

MARKED ITB No. 2017-09 shall be submit-

ted in a sealed envelope.

Base Bid 1 – Runway & Taxilane Improve-

ments includes:

• Runway 9-27 & 17-35 Marking Rehabilita-

tion – This project generally consists of erad-

ication/cleaning of existing runway markings

and installation of new pavement markings.

• T-Hangar Taxilane Pavement Rehabilita-

tion – This project generally consists of the

rejuvenation of existing taxilane asphalt

pavement and installation of new pavement

markings.

Bid Additive 1A - Runway 17-35 & Taxiway

C-3 Pavement & Lighting Rehabilitation –

This project generally consists of minor site

regrading and installation of new taxiway

edge lights.

Prevailing wage rates and DBE participation

are applicable for Bid Additive 1A only. Con-

tractors must be bonded and insured to the

level indicated in the Contract Documents.
